La Cross County Camp and Competition has everything you will need to exceed to that next level of play. In just one week of camp you will learn all the important aspects of the game of lacrosse as well as meeting new people and being exposed to college coaches. Each day will start with skill building drills and team practices. After lunch we will pick back up with a quick team practice followed by games. On Thursday the camp will be moved to the main campus where games will be played on the same turf as the Kean University Cougars Men’s lacrosse team. Also, throughout the week special guest speakers will come in to talk about lacrosse and how they trained on and off the field to be successful. This camp will teach players better team play as well essentials to the game such as defensive positioning and offensive ball movement.
